Just be smoother with everything, brakes, steering, throttle ect. There is not a specific wet line at Brands either. You can still use curbs with the unloaded tyre in the wet, but dont let the loaded tyres go near and white lines or painted curbs.
I will be there instructing with a few Porsche's. Have fun.

Like sean said - be smoother on everything.
If it is wet then elises really dont like the standard line at paddock and graham hill bend. take the car much deeper into the corner than normal. turn later and tighter using the extra grip off line and then make the exit as straight as possible. remember that as you come back onto the racing line then the grip wil reduce. make sure you've got as little lock on as possible in this area.
I'll be there with 3 997 gt3rs' porsches. I'd prefer it to be dry.........

i'm a massive fan of wet track days - far more so than dry ones in fact. it's just like having 1000bhp to play with instead of your usual 150-200bhp. Eveything happens much slower, too.
statistcally we have more spins and red flags on wet track days but the extent of any damage is generally much lower. On a dry track when you leave the circuit you will do much more damage as you're (usually) travelling much faster.

Having done a wet evening at Silverstone last week I have to agree that it can be great fun. If you heed the advice given by the professionals above you'll find out a lot about your car and yourself. You might be surprised by some of the speeds you do while driving 'slow and smooth'. Don't copy what the BTCC boys were doing at Croft yesterday.

Well got back - was only there photographing some lovely cars.
If you was there and want a picture drop me a mail ... I have loads of everything.

I was there yesterday. I was originally planning to take the 2-eleven but bottled it when I saw the forecast. I took the CSL on PS2s with about 6mm of tread. Went well, but Brands in the rain still has the capacity to scare. EG someone took the front end off a rather decent looking Porsche at 4.50pm, 10 mins to go in the last session. Real shame.

Statistically half the punters stay in the pits or go home toostatistcally we have more spins and red flags on wet track days but the extent of any damage is generally much lower. On a dry track when you leave the circuit you will do much more damage as you're (usually) travelling much faster.

I was out all yesterday but it was always at the back of my mind that if I came off, that wet grass wasn't stopping me, the barrier would be...Feel very sorry for the Porsche that took its nose off in the last 5 mins.
