I've never had an issue on the track days I've attended. I only have a towing eye point on the front of my car. Its only to pull cars out of the kitty litter if they get it bit pear-shaped, so as long as there's one on there you'll be fine (unlike a Mini Cooper S driver at a trackday I went to - he went off and hadn't fitted his towbar - they had to shut the track for 30 mins - the other punters were not amused).

Its worth fitting one on the rear...If you end up with the nose against a wall they will have to drag your car sideways to get access.
If you floored the throttle in the gravel and got the back end of your car buried it will pull your rear bumper off trying to go forwards.
Also worth noting that I have seen standard towing eyes and screw in ones fail when the car is being dragged out of the gravel....though of course its not always practical to weld an MSA approved item to your road car!

Elise parts supply a rear towing eye to fit to one of the undertray attachments. I presume the Europa has a similar undertray?
