Anyone going to the ring on this date?

There are a few of us there on the way back from Switzerland and wondered if any fellow PHer's are there on that day?

Will be in TVR Cerbera, M3 E46, Porsche 968, AND Z3M Coupe

Been on some mountain passes that in my opinion smash the stelvio/davos one from top gear over in switzerland..you guys gotta try it out - the grimselpass, furka pass, and then loop back towards interlaken.

What a washout guys!!!

My mate crashed his porsche 968 and had to pay out 1500 euros for the armco that he hardly touched and didn't have anything more than a couple of scratches in it...what a rip off!

Got a few good laps but 4 out of 15 works out a bit of an expensive couple of days as i had to get new tyres out there being so wet, still had fun though - til the next time.

Washout? was dry till nearly noon, so approx 4 hours for dry lapping in the morning, that was good enough for me & vs a wk end was almost devoid of traffic.

Guessing the 968 was a red un on Arab plates? saw it against the armco on one lap & the night before up at RSR.

yeah that was him, thinking of more track days in uk from now on, seems to be getting a bit much on the wallet at the ring.

Didn't see a Cerb there all weekend.

Remember a silver and a black M3 Coupe. The black one spun at one point.

Was there for a "pre-Stag", driving rented Alfas from RSR.

First time at the Ring and had a fantastic day, despite the rain.

(apart from one rather shameful mirror check-failure, leading to an "exciting" encounter with a silver GT3).

The Cerbera didn't make it the wheel bearing went in switzerland and ended up getting a clio from Dale at RSR.

I had to change tyres when it got too wet went all over the place in my m3!

No, was limited to his taking a different "line", and probably needing new pants

Basically, I think I turned in when he was overtaking in my LH blindspot - the first I knew was when I heard his avoiding tyre squeal.

Poor guy had a tyre let go on him at Adenauer Forst the other day and nerfed a Clio into the armco. Not too hard. Happens to the best of us.
