Der Ring Meister?

I keep seeing a short kind of advert on Discovery Turbo feturing a guy called Wolfgang Webber, who describes himself as "Der Ring Meister" driving a yellow 911. Does anyone know what this is all about? I thought it was a trailer for a forthcoming program the first time I caught the last few seconds, but on subsequent viewings its just guy discussing how he prepares himself for adrive on the ring, and that's it!!!! So its not an advert, just a little teaser to get the attention of petrol heads maybe?

I've seen the add/trailer as it's been running for ages. I just think it's a little look at the 'Ring for us petrol heads....not a promotion for a programme/film.
