i was in the same situation with regards the last day. i am driving my 205 gti. Handling wise, in the dry it is whilst in the wet, it is . i much prefer the wet as you really have to concentrate in order not to die!!

Very probably, will wait until T-5 days to get a view of the weather, not that it matters when I am there but driving to and from in an open car in -5 conditions is no fun

Believe me I would be wearing at least two coats. It was being able to see my own breath inside my lid on the way home that put me off !
