Driving day / skid training recommendations (south-ish)

I am looking to get my wife a driving day for xmas.
A bit of skid-pan stuff and some high speed stuff (maybe AM skidpan PM high speed?).
Can anyone recommend somewhere? I am North London/Essex border based but don't mind travelling somewhere if it's worth it (could combine with a weekend away).
Would only want to do own-car training if it was a "non-destructive" day....I went to North Weald and knackered a set of tyres doing 180 spins on high speed cornering (largely my s
t driving but even so not what she would want)...but she does want a good, fun, well organised, professional day out.
Happy to spend a few quid as it's Xmas.
