205 GTI 6 exhaust

Which is the best exhaust to use? needs to be quiet enough for the track aswell though.
I've heardthe group n is good, any others?

A decent brand standard exhaust is good enough to flow over 200 Bhp apparently, and you shouldn't suffer with any noise problems on a track day. From what I have heard the Group N systems are mostly mild steel and rust quicker then a normal system for very little gain. Des developments do a few stainless systems I think that are quite popular?
