I'm hoping to go... just have to convince my preganant wife I can go out for the day.!

I've not been on track with the M5 yet so i'm itching to take it out. The brakes would suffer i think, but a couple of laps at a time and hopefully i won't destroy the fairly new discs. Also have fairly new tyres on the back, but hey - sod it.

I've not done Keevil yet - what is surface like? How does it compare to Colerne where i found it quite harsh.

colerne is smoother than keevil.
ill be there next sat in either silver golf mk2 or red 996tt.

Had a really nice day today and met some really nice/helpful people! Some even had good names.(dubkiller)lol fairplay for letting your 996 turbo have full stick!! Will definately do it again as it's only 40 minutes up the road.

I had a very good day myself. I was in the dark blue mk2 golf gti along with 3 others. First time at Keevil and I really like the track. Bit better than Colerne in my opinion. Quite happy that I managed to push the car, as last week I was a bit timid at Colerne. Although I did end up going into the grass backwards.
What car were you in Martin?

Yes i was parked next to you Darcy!!Red stickered up m3 with the heavily stonechipped front bumper!! Your golf went well. Shame my friends gti broke down but i'm sure we'll have it going this week. Think the fuel pump is julius seizured!! Done well considering we got it off the scrap heap a couple of weeks ago. can't be standard as it was throwing flames out the exhaust on gear changes.

Haha. Is the pump called old Ebenezer? Just give it some medicinal compound and it'll be fine.
Surprised our golf lasted the whole day as well as the other day at Colerne. Basically 15mins on, 15mins off all day. And she has 230k on the clock. Good cars though.
