PCGB Trackday or Javelin?
Discussion
Fancy taking the 928 out for another go around Croft as had good fun last time with Javelin. Theres a full day with Javelin in September for c.£200, but then I saw there was a Porsche Club trackday in September which would be over £300. I would probably in either case just go for a morning or an afternoon and that can be done with the Porsche day, reducing the price to £160.
So the debacle is, do I go on a Porsche day and maybe chin wag with some other 928 people, and pay £160 for the morning, or just stick with Javelin? Past experiences please!
Cheers

It is £250 for PCGB members and £320 for non-members.
I have been on several PCGB days which are very enjoyable with friendly owners but I have not seen a 928 on track yet. We generally have a good spread of cars from 80's 911s, Boxsters, and 996, 997 thru to 991 models inc GT3s so a 928 would be very welcome.
Unfortunately I will be on a sunny beach so can't make it this year.

Either way, maximum man points for tracking a 928!
Mark Chilton shows a 928 can make a very effective race car
