Donny DB reading points?
Discussion
Hey guys
Am at Donny next sunday in the radical
Was just wondering if anyone knew where the db meters are at donny. I have read there are a couple of them around the track. Am just asking on the off chance i get pulled up on noise i can just give a lift at the points.
I got pulled up at silverstone last month but was obvious where it was after the guy handed me pics. So i just lifted a tad and got back on it. Job done!
I have a quieter track exhaust on now...but just incase I'm still not quite there it would be helpful to know?
Any ideas? Anyone had trouble there before?
Best regards
J

I was there last year with my SR3RS with a system that typically measures 105dB static and never trouble the drive by meters all day. I was overgeared, so it might have been lucky, but I have found that whilst the Radical is a noisy car static, it isn't loud on track.
Have a good day.
Have a good day.
Thanks for the replies boys
Thats interesting!!! I had the race box on at silverstone last month. As the day went on and it came to the afternoon i did get a warning and he came back to me with photos and db levels............i was generally hitting 104db on driveway but for one lap i hit 106db. He was ok though and just told me to lift for a few mtrs which was cool.
So just checking really.......the quieter box will help, just wanted to be prepared incase i was above 98db on flybys. Although i think its all a but of crap really as there is an airport right next door lol!!!!
