Hi all,
I don't come on here much but thought I'd pop up a video of my little trackday car. I packed the car full of wheels, tools and fuel and headed off for some fun last Thursday afternoon. The 2 hour drive was a bit boring and I didn't get on track till 2.45, but had a great couple of hours. Some of my lines were a bit crap but I'm learning more and more.

Thanks

Kenny

That is seriously quick, well done.

What tyres are you using to be able to get such grip?

Just some old porsche cup slicks that someone gave me for nothing.

Class lap
On reflection, your lap would be minimum top 3 finish in this years Time Attack at Cadwell Park earlier this year. Well done.

Thanks, and yes apparently that time would have been good for 2nd to black mamba as sva broke down. I'll have to try some race fuel and new slicks sometime, maybe even a splitter as I hear those can work well?

I have been thinking of trying something similar, I had guessed you were running slicks from the G forces you are able to achieve.

I now need to find a set of slicks equivalent to 255/40/17.

Thanks again for posting that lap, enjoyed watching it very much.

You're welcome. I'll put some another up the next time I do. I need to go quicker.

Make sure your car doesn't have oil surge when cornering with high G though mate.
