I have a track day at Silverstone in March and I’m wondering about where to stay on the night before. I tow my car with a California camper van so was wondering if it’s possible to sneak into one of the big car parks near the entrance? Not sure if overnight is allowed?
Otherwise wondering about the circuit hotels and any recommendations?
Obviously need parking space for van and trailer

Yes you can park in the outer car park over night. Also I have seen cars and trailers parked at the travelodge just on the a43 to the east of silverstone.

The Hilton has a few spaces long enough & the food is edible.

If your willing to pay a little more some rooms have great views of the Hamilton Straight.

Worth doing that because the windows don't open in the cheap rooms.

I'd agree they'd be able to fit your vehicle combo in the car park too, but you can always call them to check.

Sorry I can't help with your question. I am booked on a track day there in 3 weeks but my car is not track modified so will just drive it down and stay in one of the cheap rooms on site.

Cheap rooms on site? Where are those then?!? Nothing at silverstone is cheap!

Yes i was wondering that. The cheapest I've found is the travelodge.

You are not wrong, I meant their cheapest rooms and not paying the extra £100 to be overlooking the track.
