They can ask but there is no legal obligation on the part of the owner of the camera to provide the footage.The law allows anyone to film or photograph anyone of any age for any legal reason provided the person/people being filmed or photographed are in a public place.
The owner of a private place is also free to film anyone who enters that place although there is a requirement that this fact is made known to them - which could just be a sticker somewhere.

They can *ask*, but then so can anyone else. They are highly likely to be to told no by a third party with CCTV. Countdown said:

Are they seeking the CCTV from the parlour? Best to do a search on pornhub instead
