Does anyone know of a trusted site/source for random odd jobs - data entry/admin etc?

I’m on a planned three months off between jobs and am a. a bit bored and b. have a weird guilt for not having any money coming in, even though it’s part of the plan.

Something to fill the time and use my brain ideally. Or any other ideas on how to keep motivated and mentally active?

My son took a job as an Amazon driver (their van) whilst between jobs. Not for everyone, but quite good money.

Oh yes, I was quickly given a list of those - am currently a few £K up on trades having redone the main bathroom. Next is painting the hallways and staircases once it cools down a bit.

fivver.com or peopleperhour.com

Both big sites for freelancing very type of work you can imagine (within reason!)

Unless you're prepared to work for 10 pence an hour, forget it. You are competing against a few million Pakistanis, Indians, Bengals and Filipinos.

Not necessarily. I have deliberately picked UK people for things i needed (telemarketing and web design). A lot of people in other parts of the world said they could do what I wanted but couldn't and you really need to look at each profile to see if they really can do what they say

Yep, slightly missed that. he could still pitch himself as a UK based resources as some clients may not feel comfortable with sending data abroad.
