I tinker with mine on most days - making slight adjustments to the layout, wording, space etc.
Feel free to email it over - omitting your personal data if you wish - I have no use for it

What I would say though, is to never feel that you have a finished product.
As stated, I view mine most days and will adjust something.

As i said to my cousin after she showed me her CV .. "Use a f8g spell-checker!". Still amazes me how many people don't run a checker through their CV (or notice the squiggly highlights in Word!). I have spelt squiggly right?
