Any freelance construction cad techs looking for work

After chasing around for non-existant jobs, I have decided to go it alone as a Chartered Building Surveyor looking at small refurb projects as over the years I have built up a number of contacts.

I am looking to set up a network of freelance cad technicians to support my building surveying role. Therefore I am looking to start in around 2 months after I have all the formalities etc... ironed out. I cant promise the work load at present but please reply to this thread if you think you can help and may be of use in the future.

Any more information on role: rough no of hours per week, qualifications/experience needed, programs to be used?

looking for some one who has,

There own licesenced Autocad package, with prefereably access to printing. Good knowledge of domestic property, offices and light comercial buildings. Jobs will be on an adhoc basis and an agreed hourly rate will be paid for the drawing and site visits for measuring.
