Too old for full time /too young to retire

Title says it all .
I'm 62 and a bit . Was made redundant in May , and am now on Pension credit . The blurb says i can work up to 15 hours a week without affecting my position. Skills - Telecomms systems engineer ,with HND/C in electronics/comms so could do some bench work which is possibly my best earning possibility - body might be a bit past it ,but brain is still capable ( I got my HND aged 46)
Anyone know the rules on earning .At present I get full housing benefit/council tax rebate , plus a nice little bit (200 a week - nice till you start looking at insurances etc),but I'm starting to get bored and any extra would help me to keep car /help kids /grandkids and ensure mrs WM has plenty if I get caulked .
