good old AOSB, i'd say download/buy bleep test and practice it specifically. The damn stopping and starting makes it far worse than a normal run for me.
get yourself over to arrse.co.uk there was loads of good advice on there for the various other things you need to do there, mainly planning ex that sort of thing. I'd also recommend reading 'the week' as its a good way to quickly digest all the world news each week. You'll find that handy for the debate/discussion bit

From what I have seen if you can get fit then you shouldn't really worry about the bleep test...
My housemate has made it into the Royal Marines without training for the bleep test once, he just did a lot of cardio at the gym. Quite surprised really, he didn't seem to actually do that much.

Speaking from experience, I wouldn't ignore it. Without some idea of whats going on you'll run too fast at the beginning and end up getting a worse score than you would have with practice.My housemate has made it into the Royal Marines without training for the bleep test once, he just did a lot of cardio at the gym.
