Google Dave's ESL Cafe. That is the place I use for most of my TEFL research. There is a very good Vietnam section on there.

Look in the jobs section. You'll need to do a search, but there are a few people who are teaching in that part of the world I think. You might need to go back a few weeks, but it does keep getting updated

as there are a load of teachers who live in Hanoi and post there. Also search as in the past a lot of people have posted on teaching subjects

Seems to be a lot of people who try to do it on tourist visa's etc but that is getting tougher due to the government cracking down on such things
