Contract CAD Technicians there is hope!!

Just been offered a contract 6 month probably longer. Ok it's £8 ph less than my last contract but hey it's work.

I know a pdms designer who just got a job with altra on £43/hr. Thought that seemed quite high but he's a pretty good guy I believe.

Civil / Structural didn't get any where near that pre-recession.
Rates have tumbled now.

Is not a case knowing how to work CAD, CAD is just a tool you have to know what your drawing.
