New career/business/retraining ideas? I want out.

Right for mumerous reasons i wont bore you all with i want out of the police, well and truley had enough.
Only thing is i have no real skilss outside policing, except a HNC in chemistry which i cant remember anything about and some work in retail as a teenager.
so does anyone have any ideas of how i could get out in terms of business ideas/ new careers/ retraining?? I appreciate its not the best time with the economic climate abd its not ideal when i have a mortgage etc and a good salary but i think i need out before i loose my sanity or say/do something i regret.
