Employer Pension Obligations

Hi all,

Is an employer obligated to offer some form of pension scheme. There are more that 5 employees and they count as "relevant" as far as I can see. All the advice I've seen so far says that they "may be obliged" but I can't seem to see anything concrete.

Hi Ben - need to at least offer a stakeholder scheme to all employees.
