I've got web-based project that I need some resource for, either an individual or an agency.

It involves creating an online portal for internal use for a customer.

Needs to be CMS-driven with a reasonably basic security model.

The proposal needs to be submitted by the end of this week, with work commencing next week for an end of August delivery (should be easily achievable).
