no, but its been 5yrs since I decided that the military life wasn't suited to my personality and cancelled my AIB to enter as a naval pilot. in hindsight, I should still have gone in.

RAF for 9 years as an engineer now working civilian helicopters, I'm glad I joined but left at the right time.

Army for 6 years messing around on landing craft, travelling to some decent countries, not the usual places, and drinking of course.

Currently work in the oil and gas industry in Dubai and Cairo.
