Does anyone have experience of this?

As I am now on it, Im told I can hang on to my car for my notice period, but I must fuel it myself. As private mileage fuel is a benefit of my employment contract and I pay BIK tax monthly on private fuel allowance, shouldnt I still be getting my fuel paid for?

Strictly its not buiness miles no is it and now personal, did you pay for personal before?

I suspect the benefit is not contractual. Write to local tax office to advise of your situation.
