I work as a HeadHunter (20 years) within the Construction sector (mainly civil) and am just about to start looking for a Proposals/Bid Manager for a leading UK construction business @ a c£100k package for one of my clients.
As well as doing my own networking across a range of sectors, unusually, I am also thinking of doing 2 online adverts - one in Estates Gazette and also one on LinkedIn's website too - what do people generally think of LinkedIn recruitment advertising - have people had any successes with it?
