Nope, all the rotas i've ever used where put together manually. I have had to make a few myself and can vouch for the fact that it's a git of a job, but once it's been started it does come fairly easy.
What rough shift pattern are you looking at?
How many people?
What are the shift times?
And will everyone be working the same shift pattern or will you have some working mon-fri, some of full shifts and some only doing certain shifts?

I use the $15 a month package. You can add unlimited employees, departments, etc. You can choose different shift names (day/weekend/tech/support) and choose which employees can do which shifts, change employee availability.. The best thing is, once that is all set up, you click a button and it auto assigns the employees to the compatible shifts, even taking into account the amount of hours they want to work.
I've been using it since June, and have asked them to input a few new features (payroll etc) and they're pretty receptive and quick in that regard too - they've started adding a basic payroll structure.
Edit: One of the great things about it is that all employees can login wherever they are, so there is no excuse for not knowing when you're working!

I like the user interaction, i am not sure of the current structure but if they are not already using this option then I will be putting it forward.
