Company Formation Agents

I am looking at setting up a business as a Limited Company and have been informed that the easieat way is to use agents via the internet rather than approach an accountant direct.

I have searched on the 'net' and there is a vast number of agents offering such service. Could anyone here recommend one that they have used and have been happy with the service received.

Two very well established formation agents are Stanley Davies and Jordans. Both have been in existence for many years - well before the Internet was ever thought of. A few of my clients have used both and have been satisfied with the services they offered.
