Part-time Insurance / Admin job for wife

After finishing work nearly 4 years ago in the insurance industry my wife is finally going mad being stuck at home.

However, we are finding it almost impossible to find any jobs suited to her needs, she can only work 10am-2pm Mon-Fri due to having to pick little'un up from nusery and would like to stay local to Kent

Ideally it would be something admin based within the insurance industry or receptionist / front of house / office work etc.

As the hours for an ideal job are so small (we can only assume) that they never get advertised...

Does anyone have any recommendations as to where might be an a good place to try, she has tried the usual sites but everything seems to be either full time, or the part time which includes 3 out of 4 saturdays.

Any advice or ideas welcome.
