Anyone studied M_o_R, MSP or Agile?
Discussion
I'm thinking of adding to my knowledge with one of the above, and am currently leaning towards M_o_R as I hope it would expand my practical skills of dealing with risk.
I'm a Project Manager, so think MSP would give me a useful insight into programmes, but would perhaps not expand my skill set as much.
Agile looks interesting, but I'm concerned that working in a Prince2 traditional environment, I may not build the experience most places would want for practically using the methodology.
Any tips would be great. For reference, I'm already a Prince2 Practitioner, and am also studying CIPS (Purchase & Supply) to expand my contract/procurement knowledge.
