Hello just wondered if anyone could give me an idea of what sort of job's for aim for after university. I am studying Business Studies at Lincoln University in my first year and currently getting first's and 2.1's so imagine will probably end up with a 2.1 if I were to predict at the moment. I enjoy this subject a lot and the world of business is quite a key interest of mine. I also have a interest in the automotive industry so are they possible roles where these could be combined.
I also have a gap year on this course where have to find a job for a year so want to start getting idea's now so i can try and get thing's sorted for that.
At the moment only idea's have to get a job at where my dad work's which specialises in construction or possibly have a world with my mate as his dad is a director at lotus and with the expansion plans may be able to get me sorted out with something.
I really don't know so any jobs that may be related around my degree please post the more I learn the better smile

Business studies is a large subject. Which bit of the curiculum so far has caught your imagination and gets your juices flowing when you do your research or during lectures? Maybe once you've identified that that may help channel you in to something that you will genuinely enjoy being part of. Of course, this being PH, and if there's an opportunity to spend some time with Lotus, I know what I would do! Good luck!

I would recommend getting yourself on a graduate training program once you finish. Start applying in your final year. If you aren't sure of the area you want to work there are management training programs for grads that will give you 6 months working in marketing, finance, IT, etc.
