photographers/videographers assistant

I have some up and coming projects where I need a driver/assistant to help me out on 2 or 3 shoots. These will mainly be shooting video but also stills as well. Duties will be driving tracking vehicle, helping with setup, dolly equipment, grip etc.. It would obviously help if you have experience and/or a keen interest in this sort of area. You don't need to have any technical or practical equipment knowledge though.
Two of these projects are zero budget but there will be a small bit of pay involved overall. That said, treat it more as as something you want to do for experience.
All of this will take place around London and Surrey so I need someone who is reasonably nearby (london or home counties) and who is properly commited and available. Two of the shoots will be in London in the evening/nighttime, a 3rd one will be around surrey on a weekday and there is a possible 4th one that will be in Norfolk. We might have a Phantom camera to play around with as well which should be fun !
