Went For An Interview Today

I have been half heartedly looking for another job over the last few months. I am currently a car salesman for Ford, which I have been doing for almost 4 years. When I first started the money was very good but with the current economic climate, sales have been dropping off drastically in the last 9-10 months to the point of taking home almost my basic wage a couple of months running!
So, about 2 months ago I was looking on my local (one of quite a large chain) go-kart tracks website (while trying to arrange an afternoon out) I spotted a careers tab. I clicked on out of interest and saw they had a position for a full time sales executive. I e-mailed my CV and a covering letter and got an e-mail back the next day saying they had had a pile of applications and would let me know if I was getting an interview. After that I pretty much forgot I had applied, until a couple of weeks ago when I realised I hadnt heard anything. So I emailed them back reminding them that I had applied and had not heard anything. About 3 hours later I got a call to invite me in for an interview
So this morning I went in for my interview. From the moment I arrived I felt like it was going well. I had good answers for all questions I was asked, I new all about the company and the Sales Manager and I got on like a house on fire
At the end of the interview I was told I would hear back by the end of the week. Out of the 30 applications they were only interviewing 3 people so I was in with a good chance
Anyway, I wasnt expecting to hear anything for a few more days but just as I walked in the front door this evening my phone started to ring. It was the Sales Manager asking me to come back in later this week to meet with the company Directors
Now I know I havnt had an interview for a few years but I am guessing thats a very good sign!
So can everyone wish me luck, although hopefully I wont need it!

good luck. Sounds promising. Its likely the directors (read: owners) will want to make sure you present a good face of their company, and that you can get on with them- with a small company, you are very likely to be talking to them on a daily basis, so they need to know you "fit" with them
The last bit is very difficult to judge beforehand, so dont take it persoanlly. It could be down to something as simple as you being too informal/ too formal for their liking. But hey, it wont happen, you'll get the job.
