Hi everyone,

Picked this up last week, however, the snow and cold weather meant its been tucked up in the garage. So, with the outlook today a little warmer, I decided to give it a clean and take a few picture before setting off for a pointless drive smile

Yes it is. I have twin girls (3 years old) and they fit just fine, plus it has a big boot! It's hilariously fast too wink

Very nice. Wondering if you drove any other cars before settling on the M3? Took a drive in an ISF yesterday, as nice as that car was it just lacked the fizz of an M.

indeed. Looks practically identical to my dads (see my profile)

he's had it for 4 years as of March and has done 55k miles in it, and has no idea what to replace it with....so looks like it's staying for another couple of years at least biggrin

as an all-rounder they really take some beating. i'm guessing you know already, run these on VPower only really. the extra fuel economy more than makes up for the extra cost. he gets another 1.5-2mpg in it than RON95

I have driven a few C63 AMG's, but not the Lexus. To be honest, I had been hankering after one for a while, so my mind was made up.

Nice car OP. Had mine for a few years now and will probably keep for few more. S65 Motor is a beast past 5K and the induction noise is mega.

I like it so much that I'm building a family version.....

Tempted to get this as a "sensible" runaround too. I see you've got the pre-facelifted model. One popular mod is upgrade rear lights to LCI and also HID angel eyes which really improves the looks! biggrin Set of wheels help too but it's a slippery slope...

Not sure I would use it as a run around at 11MPG round town hehe

I have never changed the alloys on a car. To be honest, I think aftermarket ones rarely look better than the originals.

That's good to know thanks, I still have nightmares about the fuel costs when I ran my X5 4.8iS!!

Well done to the OP.

I'm currently toying with the idea of getting one of these to replace my E39 M5. Is a warranty generally seen as a must have on these as is the case with the E60 M5 ?
