Bmw personal lease - deals to be had?

Are Bmw still offering any decent lease deals (personal) on the current M3? I'm happy to commit to a 24 or 36m deal and like the idea of just being able to return the car at the end of the term.
I know Eastern boy was very active in this area but I've not been on this site for some time. My 997 is gone now and i'm starting to think about the M3 coupe or convertible again!
Any advice gratefully received.

Unless you are real lucky you can't get a new m3 now - the lease deals and 0% apr deals have cleaned out all the build slots. You can look around but I got told by my local dealer that i couldnt even order a new one maybe 6-8 weeks back. There might be some convertibles available apparently.
