E63 M6 Clutch Judder

Afternoon all,

Purchased an AUC E63 M6 coupe from Eastern BMW Edinburgh only 3 months ago (700 miles in that period), and have recently noticed clutch judder setting off in 1st gear. Now I was actually told the car had had a replacement clutch not so long ago prior to me purchasing the car, but never actually got confirmation on this (I should have been more insistent on getting this info in hindsight). What action would fellow PH'ers take on this one? Obviously the car is under warranty, but I know full well the battles people have had on here with the whole 'it's wear and tear sir' response from the dealership. Is it a case of just waiting for the inevitable (that could be months yet) or getting it into a dealership for a diagnosis and hoping for a clutch & flywheel replacement under warranty? I think I'm well within my rights to expect the latter considering i've had the car a matter of months.

Thoughts/Opinions please chaps.

Had the same with my M5, within 3 months and 3000 km of buying it as an AUC (albeit in Belgium). Clutch and flywheel was replaced under warranty without a fight (about 3000 euro worth of repair).

Had the same with my E63 M6 previously, AUC car, clutch judder after about 4/5 months. Had the car back with BMW numerous times, no real fix. Sold the car shortly after, bit of a nightmare.
