I've decided I want to change my 6 month old 116i M Sport to an M135i but I have a dilema on the two options I currently have.

Option 1 is to buy the dealer's current demo car when it turns 3 months old at the beginning of December. It's a 3 door in white, with absolutely every option ticked, plus it has the BMW sports exhaust and alcantara sports steering wheel.

or

Option 2 is to spec my own car, 3 door in either Estoril or white (can't decide)with only the options I really need for delivery early December as well.

With the two deals I have on the table, the demo car comes out at about £2k more than my own specced car.

Which would you go for ?

Luke.

Note that you should be achieving at least £4k off the list price on a new M135i, if not £4.5k if you really push. Is that factored in?

The MPerformance exhaust is still a rarity....there have been lengthy production delays - I ordered one in May and still haven't seen it yet.

How about your own spec with 18% off?

Pm me for my dealership contact who has been giving some great discounts on the M135i.

Well the dilema is resolved. I've ordered my own spec 3 door M135i in white with the options I wanted.

There are no longer the deals out there that other members have reported, it seems BMW have reduced the campaign amounts they were providing before but I still obtained a very respectable deal from a localish dealer.

Roll on December !!

OP. I think you did the right thing specing a new car. Nice to know you're the only one who's raped it. Congrats
