I was wondering if anyone had coded their F10 M5 lease and if anyone could recommend a coder in the London / South East region?

Although it's a lease i'd like to do a few things such as

- Disable start stop
- Enable DVD play in motion
- Auto Wing mirror fold on engine off
- Enable features such as lane departure assist, speed limit info

I'd revert the code to standard before giving it back.....

Has anyone bothered? Anything to watch out for or be wary of?

Lots of info on other forums but little on this subject here!

Thanks

Lane departure and Speed limit are not Code-able sorry you need a camera for speed limit anyway.

Isn't there a button on the dash to switch off start/stop?

Lane departure etc. are paid for options so i doubt these can just be coded infrown

Mirrors fold when you hold the lock button on the remote down.

Some options can be coded in, depending if the car has the required hardware. For instance, on other BMW's where enhanced bluetooth is an option, this appears to be code able (you still won't have the cradle, but you will have the other features). In ours cars, I believe if you want something like speed limit info, as the car already has the front facing camera (for high beam assist), this same camera is also used for the speed limit display. However, looking on Real OEM, there is actually an official retrofit for speed limit display so it can be done.

I'm looking for coding for a few bits that aren't options but I believe can be coded - sports displays (yes, I know it's a gimmick and I'll use it just the once, but why does my M135i have this yet my M6 doesn't?), turn signals in the HUD and auto close of windows even if a door is opened etc etc.

Also, as the 6 series doesn't yet get the Adaptive High Beam Assist (instead getting the more basic non-adaptive version), if I can establish whether the lights are the same then I reckon this might be able to be coded too - not that I'm an expert here....maybe someone can enlighten me if the Adaptove High Beam Assist uses different lights?
