Yes they are rare, if they are exactly like this, there are other recaros that are similar but not quite the same.

These, for example,

You best post a photo for a definitive answer.

I'd guess more than your Mark II Golf GTi if they're in anyway decent condition!

If those are the seats then they are not original E30 M3 Sport Evolution seats. I had an E30 M3 Sport Evolution with the cloth Recaro's and that Facebook picture are not E30 M3 Sport Evolution seats

If they were still trimmed like this or in the BMW Black Nappa leather they may be worth £2k, as they are they are not, but looking at the pictures at least they look to still be on the orginal NLA seat rails.

Same seats were factory fit in Lancia Intergrale, but with either alcantara or leather covers, different mountings and without tilt function.

Yep. Probably worth hundreds rather than thousands and only really desirable to someone that wants to retrim them again.

Shame, if they were original they would be worth £2k, but I doubt anyone with an M3 would want them now.

Looking at the photos, the rear seat with the original trim looks like the proper M3 seat, but the re-trim looks like it could be a Corrado seat?

If that's the case, do you still have the original rear?

Shame they're no longer trimmed in the OE material as they'd sell pretty quickly if they were. If you still have the E30 runners and they haven't been chopped about you should still see a few hundred quid.

If they are genuine Sport Evo runners, they were £1000 a side before they went NLA.

The bolster material was reproduced by BMW recently, but was sold out in about 3weeks. THe M Tex pattern base and back material is readily available at a price. If BMW do anther run of bolster material, I would expect the cost of re-trimming to be about £1000-1500.

yikes

IBloody hell. I'd just assumed runners were usual Recaro type. What's different out of interest?

I'm not that familiar with the stock runners TBH. The Sport Evo runners are tilt and height adjustable and were only fitted to the 600 cars produced, so no economies of scale.
