steering wheel looks very shiny for just 33k miles, could be the way they've cleaned it though by polishing it to death.
I'm only looking at BMW AUC cars right now and a lot of those also have shiny steering wheels at relatively low mileage. For example, this one with 16k on it.

I wonder if the cheap 4-series-a-like LCI wheel just wears really badly?

it does not look like a Comp Pack to me, does not have the right wheels etc
Should they be these ones?Worth noting that it does have the black exhaust trims which are fitted on CP cars.
I always wonder when I see a worn bolster like that. I've got a transit custom with (cheap) leather seats that's done 40k miles and I literally drag my arse over it, usually in jeans, as I slide out and down, and my drivers seat bolsters look perfect.
So either cars like this have actually done 100k+ miles or some people have concrete buttocks.
But surely not... what kind of person is clocking their car like that and how are they getting away with it??

I was doing my nightly browse of the AUC cars last night and saw another couple with a similarly 'worn' bolsters. Particularly the Derby car.

Again, I wonder if it's a case of TADTS? Or maybe it's just the light / angle from which they're usually photographed.

The leather in the M5 is very soft compared to the plastic hide they use in the cooking models. Mine had some wear on the drivers bolster, however I repaired it with a leather pen. I can't see it now.
Regarding the original post, I would suggest that is top money for a non AUC car, unless it has new tyres and brakes.
FYI, I paid £40k for a 2013 Comp pack car from a main dealer 12 months ago.

I have a 6GC with the LCI wheel, it has 30k miles on isn't shine like the examples above, must be the polish/cleaning method. For example, this one with 16k on it.

As far as I can see it looks quite well priced and the bolster doesn't look too bad. I had Sakhir in mine and I'm sure that was simply better at looking good rather than black which tends to go a bit shiny
