G90 M5 tyres Michelin Hankook or Pirelli
Discussion
After c7k miles the original Hankook tyres will need replacing soon, not great but gives the opportunity to try a different brand.
It's an everyday family car so the primary focus is noise and comfort. I've read conflicting reports on all of these brands where some have said the original Hankooks were very drummy for rear passengers compared to the Michelin, however the Michelins have a higher db rating on paper.
Anyone got first hand experience on the above options and found noise reduced and comfort increased ? or should I just replace with what I know.

Wow, after only 7,000 miles? Must be all that weight pressing the tyres into the ground (2,400kgs?)
In my M6 I've done 12,000 miles with my Michelin PS4s and still only about just over half-way through the tread life... I reckon I could get another 6,000-8,000 miles out of them
Maybe you'll have a better wear-rate from the recommended Michelins for your G90? I'm guessing that would be PS5s

I got nearly 20k miles and over three years out of my front Michelin Pilot Sport 5's. I only replaced them as they were an advisory for wear on the inside edges at MOT time and likely would have been fine until the autumn. The rears, also replaced in Feb. 2023 are still going strong.
If it's an all year round car, have you considered the Cross Climate Sport? https://www.michelin.co.uk/auto/tyres/michelin-cro...
