My car is sitting on the drive with it's front (and rear) right brakes seized, I'll be getting two reconditioned calipers for the car shortly.

Is replacing the brake calipers something that can be done fairly easy? I've not worked on something like that before, but from what I've looked at it doesn't seem to be too difficult? Or could it quickly turn out to be a mess?

It's generally pretty straight forward. Just make sure to bleed the calipers through properly when you've finished.

100 times easier than trying to re-furb the calipers yourself wink
it's just a few bolts mate you'll be fine. take the brake lines off the old calipers and put them straight on the new ones to avoid too much spillage, and don't let the calipers dangle on the brake lines.

Are you fitting a full set of 4? Your post suggests you might be planning to change the right hand side two only.

They're the ones that are seized, will that be an issue due to unbalanced braking forces?

its a really easy job, did it preety easily, except if your brake calipers are seized onto the sliders really badlym they're really hard to get off, had to use a heat tool and a mallet and chisel type thing to get the caliper off. good luck i'm sure you'll be fine!
