Leak - A-Pillar passenger side

Hi all,

I have a leak and I am having a trouble trying to fix it. On my passenger side in the wet it rains down the A-pillar and drips in to the foot well. I have got new plastic caps on the ends of the roof on both sides, all drainage tubes are clear - including the passenger door.

I had a look whilst it was raining today to see where its actually coming from and it seems that the water drains from the seal running along the top of the windscreen and drips just around the edge of the cup where it should take the water away. As it never actually makes it in to the cup it the drips down the seal running along my A-pillar and then in to the foot well.

I have tried plumping the seals up but no luck...they all seem a bit flat and I think that this is probably why it isn't draining correctly? Anyone know an easy fix?
