Meta M36T Immobiliser
Discussion
Hi All,
My J Reg MX5 Eunos had a Meta M36T immobiliser installed in 1998. Sadly, the car was rear-ended at a junction and has been sat on my driveway since the start of May while I waited for the parts to fix the car up. In this time, the battery has become flattened, and now the car doesn't start.
I have replaced the battery with a fully charged one, and everything else seems to work fine, I can engage and disengage the immobiliser as normal, but when the key is turned to the start position... nothing!!
I am hoping that by-passing the immobiliser will solve the problem, but don't know how to go about doing this. Has anybody successfully managed to do this? Or does anyone have a wiring diagram they could send please??
Any help will be very much appreciated.
