Can someone identify my induction kit?

So this beauty came with the car when i bought it and have no idea as to which make or model it is. I was planning on refurbing it and tidying it up a bit but if it turns out to be some sort of cheap and nasty model then i'l replace it. In all fairness though it does make a lovely sound!

Ive done a google search which didnt come up with anything.

Looks like it comes off some turbo application.

Pretty certain it's an HKS (by the looks of the mushrooms)
