My eunos only came with one key that is slightly bent. Worried it will break and/or I will loose it. Can I get a copy made at a cobblers or do I have to send it off somewhere?

Thanks

can't remember when they came with immobilisers, so it may have a code it in, timpsons do both chipped and non chipped keys, with coded ones being rather steep but they do them.

Try a professional locksmiths to get your keys cut. Probably cheaper than Simpsons and will be better quality, I've been told that badly cut keys will work but will destroy your locks/ignition barrel over time.

I thought it was later than 92.

My 1996/7 key WITH immobiliser. (Ignore the fobs etc)

I'd suggest if the plastic part of the key doesn't have the "D" shaped bit on it. Then no immobiliser. Down the cobblers and get one made.

I got a copy of my very worn '93 Eunos key cut by a local locksmith and unsurprisingly it did not work. So I got one cut from the code number stamped on the key by R&R Security and this one worked a treat. IIRC the new key cost less than £8 including first class recorded post.
