Which engine oil for track Mk1 MX5

As per title really, not the brand, just the weight and whether it should be synthetic of semi synthetic?
This is for an unmodified 1990 1.6 Eunos, 90% of use will be on the track.

Fully synthetic, 0 or 5 w40

If you have or know anyone with Costco membership you can get 5L of Mobil1 0W-40 for around £30

sign up to opie oils - normally has some offers on to members. 10W-40, 5W-50, 10W-50, all are fine. go fully synth for track work tho.
