This is my Mazda MX5 - 2007/57 Registered. As you will see from the chronological list of faults below, it first went back to the dealer in April 2008 - just 6 months old...

Any thoughts or comments would be most welcome. It is currently sat in the dealers workshop, with no interior, Mazda will not pay for the repairs or acknowledge the problems, even though the dealer has reiterated my concerns...

That's an unusually long list. I'd say you've had it too long to get any money back, but you think they'd make an effort to get it fixed out of pure good will given the amount of problems that you've had. Do you drive it particularly hard?

It is an unusually long list and that is why I want them to put it right - they have just refused goodwill too, so it is still in pieces in their workshop. I am not, out of principal, paying to have it put back together - it's never been a perfect car. I don't drive it hard at all, I respect my car smile and it still has just 30,000 on the clock so below average mileage too.
