Cobalt exhaust group buy.. £123 mk1 or £107 for mk2

Hi everyone,

I've organised a group buy on mx5nutz for cobalt exhausts for mk1 and mk2. It's an awesome price so
I thought I'd share it on here aswell!

Will the mk1 fit a post 96 model with the bigger cat or is there an adaptor for sale as well?

I've asked Terry what the price reduction would be for 10 units and he has replied with


"For 10 confirmed units I can do

900-494 mk1 £122.88inc vat
900-565 mk2 £107.98inc vat "

we have 7 confirmed so far and its £12 postage.

it says on the website that it doesn't fit the longer cat. Not sure about the differences between the exhausts and there hanger positions.

I need to try and fix a power steering leak this weekend - if that doesn't turn out too expensive i'll be in. Are you ok waiting until Sunday before I confirm?

It's a really good buy but why do none of the major suppliers do a complete s/s system for the Mk2 (only a back box)?

I want a full system so would I just have to get a new mild steel centre section?

The only full s/s systems for the Mk2 I can find are Jetex (pricey @ £400) or PECO (probably too big and loud)
