Juddering/lack of power under load, help please

Hi all, I've not been posting for a while. I'm away on hols , so away from my usual tools & help etc.

My mk1 1.8 'N' reg has suddenly developed a bit of a shudder at low revs when under load, ie pulling away etc. also there is a lack of power. Tick over seems fairly smooth with the occasional lumpiness.

I have some plugs & leads being delivered in the morning, hopefully this will help , possibly I'll try find a coil pack when I get home.
Appealing to the PH collective knowledge for any other problems that might be causing this, I know from this description it could be several things.

New Plugs & leads fitted...aaaaand... Sorted! I can continue me little motoring holiday in peace :-)

Hopefully leads should sort it. My mk1 1.8 needed them about every 25,000 miles.
